A guitarist’s last guitar is always ‘the last one I need’ but the reality is a little different eh? We patrol pawn shops, music shops, eBay and marketplace, we ain’t looking really…… So there I was, not looking in Cash Providers Wellington and I spotted a ‘guitar of interest’. A custom built Strat Partscaster, not a fender but it looked a little special. The guys took it down for me and the build was perfect. I bought it without plugging it in, such was the resonance. It came with a signed letter from the builder listing all the parts, wow. So, a non- fender that is better than fender for a fraction of fender prices. I’m thrilled, ta.
